ACL Recovery Success Program
Safely bringing you back to the field of play!
Did you know that 30% of ACL patients suffer a reinjury within two years of surgery because they don’t train properly after physical therapy? That risk of reinjury is decreased to only 3% when they enroll in a proper injury prevention program! Recover the right way and mitigate your risk so that you can get back on the field, and stay on the field.
A unique approach to recovery
Olympia Fitness + Performance and Restore Physical Therapy are located in a 6,000 square foot gym facility. Together, the certified trainers and doctors of physical therapy work hand-in-hand to ensure your ACL program incorporates the fundamentals you need to return to your sport safely. We work together from the start in order to incorporate strength training earlier in the patients rehab which progresses them faster than a traditional rehab program.
Combining highly qualified Strength Coaches who are trained to increase an athlete’s performance with Doctors in Physical Therapy makes for a great team. Our coaches and therapists constantly test and re-test the athlete, then communicate with each other about progress and where their program needs to be tweaked to get the best results possible. It’s a match that guarantees success.
THE BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH OUR TEAM WILL CHANGE YOUR OUTLOOK!
Reduce The Risk of Re-Injury
Re-injury to the ACL on the repaired leg or a new injury to the opposite ACL occurs in 30% of ACL patients. Programs like our ACL Recovery Success program bring the risk of ACL injury down to 3%. The key is to maintain your training not only during your rehab, but even after returning to your sport in order to mitigate risk.
Restore Your Confidence
After a major injury like an ACL rupture, one of the most challenging aspects of your return to sport is the mental aspect. It’s not easy to trust your body after it fails you like that. Our program will help you to not only trust your leg, but to know that it can perform just as well, if not even better than it did before.
Improve Movement Mechanics
While there are a multitude of factors associated with any injury, movement mechanics are a major part of ACL injuries. Our program will emphasize improving your mechanics as we build your strength back, making sure that you’re moving powerfully, confidently, and safely.
Build Strength and Power
Not only will this make you a better athlete, but will also allow you the freedom to eventually ditch your brace! The strength that you lose in your injured leg is a big part of why you’re succeptible to re-injury, and our goal is to make sure that you’re not part of that statistic. Come back to your sport stronger, faster, and more confident than you’ve ever been!

Reducing The Risk for ACL Tears with Movement Quality Screening
