Circuit #1

5 Sets; Rest as Needed

Box Jumps x8

DB Farmer Carry x50 Yards

Single Leg Glute Bridge x:20 Sec E

Circuit #2

3 Sets; As Little Rest as Possible

Super Legs (All body weight exercises, no rest between)

-Squats x20

-Alternating Lunges x20 (10 E)

-Alternating Step Ups x20 (10 E)

-Jump Squats x10

Pushups xAMRAP

Alternating V-Ups x12 E
